April Challenge
Afer concentrating on chest and biceps with push ups last months, we now swtich to triceps (or as you ladies like to call them “bingo wings”)
So this months challenge is simple:
Dips – as many as you can, consecutively in 1 effort.
Straight leg and bent knee versions both accepted (see images below)
The person with the most consecutive dips by the end of April wins a FREE personal training session with me!
